SELECTRA® PFPP guard cartridge packed with high-purity, fully porous type B silica and bonded pentafluorophenylpropyl (PFPP) phase, designed to protect analytical PFPP columns from particulates and strongly retained contaminants. The PFPP stationary phase provides enhanced selectivity through hydrophobic, dipole-dipole, hydrogen bonding, and π-π interactions, making it ideal for aromatic, halogenated, and structurally similar compounds in pharmaceutical, environmental, food safety, and forensic analyses.
