The PPM 2.0 manifold system is ideal for SPE workflows requiring precise pressure control, adapter flexibility, and compatibility with various collection formats. Simply attach the provided air regulator/filter assembly and quick connect an air source to instantly begin testing. Eye-catching faceplate graphics surround the manifold controls which are housed in a sleek/compact frame. The manifold is a small, light, mobile instrument which can be set up almost anywhere with an air or nitrogen gas source. Selection and monitoring of optimal test pressures are fast, easy to read and reliable, allowing users to set different pressures for extraction and column drying. Adaptor plates are easily attached or removed, allowing for a variety of columns (1mL, 3mL, 6mL, 10mL or 15mL) and sample collection tube sizes. 10ml/15mL column plate included with standard system. Additional adaptor plates available for separate purchase. The manifold can accept either N2 or compressed air, regulated to 80-120 psi and altered to 10µm. A waste valve with a stopcock for opening/closing is located at the base of the waste reservoir and can be connected to any waste collection container for easy disposal. Simply flip a switch to select or deselect a sample row or to raise or lower sample racks. Conserve compressed air or nitrogen usage and create airtight SPE column to gasket seal. Regardless of batch size in sample tray, each of the individual 48 positions will receive uniformed pressure during drying process, ensuring for an overall efficient extraction.
