We stand behind the quality of our products. Here’s how we make sure you’re covered.
Guaranteed Quality
All products manufactured by UCT are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days after shipment.
UCT will replace any items that prove to be defective during this time period.
How to Request a Claim
Contact UCT via phone or email with your order number, lot number, and shipping date.
Include clear photos of the defective product and packaging. A UCT representative will review your request.
Return Authorization
Upon approval, a return authorization will be issued. Returns must be received within 30 days.
UCT’s liability is limited to the replacement cost. Materials will be inspected before credit or replacement.
This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from misuse.
