CBS News recently reported that the state of Colorado is stepping up enforcement of testing and quarantining marijuana plants contaminated with banned pesticide materials.  You can click on the link to read the full article here:

Until now enforcement has been haphazard and relegated primarily to local officials.  However there has been a recent funding appropriation to the Department of Agriculture as well as pending legislation to address the oversight and enforcement of pesticides in marijuana.
