CBS News report focuses on pesticide residues found in marijuana plants in the state of Colorado

Until now enforcement has been haphazard and relegated primarily to local officials.  However there has been a recent funding appropriation to the Department of Agriculture as well as pending legislation to address the oversight and enforcement of pesticides in marijuana.
